Correspondence
ContactWrite to contact@usasweepstakesguide.com. Correspondence is read by a person and replies normally go out within two working days. There is no contact form on this site, because a form collects more than it needs.
Useful to include
- Corrections. The operator, the figure believed to be wrong, and where the correct figure appears.
- Operator changes. A dated screenshot of a changed package, floor or payment process is sufficient to trigger a re-test.
- Reader questions. Your state and the operators being compared.
- Operator enquiries. Received, with one caveat: file order is not commercially available.
Outside our remit
This desk is not an operator and has no access to your account, balance or withdrawal. Operator support is the only party able to act on a late payment. If that route is exhausted, the licensing body named in the operator terms is next.
